We are the sole collectors for 2012 delinquent city of Scranton Real Estate tax (city only).

For years 2011 and prior, please contact Northeast Revenue Service at (570) 207-3861.

The Lackawanna County Tax Collection Committee has chosen HA Berkheimer Associates as the Earned Income Tax Collector for Lackawanna County in accordance with PA Act 32.

This change affects ONLY earned income tax for 2012 and forward. Tax years 2011 and prior will continue to be paid at our office.

Business Privilege/Mercantile, Local Services and Real Estate taxes are not affected by Act 32 and will continue to be collected by the Single Tax Office for all years.

	Important Dates Real Estate Feb. 28, 2013: Deadline for 2.5% Real Estate discount April 30, 2013: Deadline for 2% Real Estate discount June 28, 2013: Real Estate taxes due December 31, 2013: Last day to pay Real Estate taxes City/School Installment Payment due dates for Real Estate - Last working day of: March, June, August, October. Your first installment must be paid by the last working day of March to qualify for this option.
